        Binnen het lokaal bestuur Kontich zijn er twee hernieuwde locaties, welteverstaan het Cultuurpunt Altena en het door het Autonoom Gemeentebedrijf Kontich uit te baten bedrijvencentrum ‘gemeentehuis’. Beide locatie moeten worden voorzien van het nodige audiovisueel materiaal.

        Het voormalig gemeentehuis wordt door het Autonoom Gemeente Bedrijf Kontich verbouwd tot een operationeel bedrijvencentrum. Het bedrijvencentrum is gelegen in het centrum van Kontich. Het bedrijvencentrum, tot op heden genaamd ‘gemeentehuis’, zal aan externe partijen kantoren en zalen verhuren, waaronder de gemeente Kontich en het OCMW Kontich. Alle lokalen moeten zodanig ingericht worden dat de werking van onder andere de gemeente Kontich en het OCMW kontich geoptimaliseerd worden. Hierbij wordt onder andere gedacht aan monitors voor digital signaning. Eveneens dienen de vergaderlokalen zodanig ingericht te worden dat deze aan diverse externe partijen, met mimimale technis...(zie opdrachtdocumenten).
